PROBATION AND DISMISSAL POLICY

The Director of Education shall determine probation and dismissal policies.
Students may be dismissed from the School for 1. Not adhering to the
schools code of conduct 2. Missing more than 25% of instructional time
that is not made up prior to the end of term 3. Not maintaining the minimum
grade point average 4. Is unable to meet his/her financial obligations
to the school and 4. other reasons as determined by the Director of Education.
Students will be notified in writing of probation and the reasons for
this action. The notification will specify the length of time for probation
and the action necessary for return to regular student status.
