The East-West School Herbal and Aromatic Studies apprenticeship program is offered once a year in Seattle, St. Louis, and North Carolina. The program consists of 1 weekend a month for seven months. The Aroma101 Foundations program is offered two to three times a year and runs either 2 weekends or 10 evenings.  Apprenticeship programs begin in the Fall (St. Louis) or Spring (Seattle) of each year. The Aroma101 foundation program begins September, and February. Occasionally a summer class is offered. For exact dates please see Calendar of Events listing.
