The administrative office of the East-West School for Herbal & Aromatic Studies, located in Willow Spring, NC, will maintain permanent records for each student in a locked filing cabinet on campus.  Your record will include your application and admissions form, any personal information you have provided us with, transcripts, comments, evaluations, as well as  your final exam.  Students are guaranteed access to their academic records upon request and all student records will be kept on file for a minimum of 50 years.  The student must give written consent before their official transcript will be released to a third party.  The first copy of the official transcript is free and each additional Official transcripts will be $10.00.
